§ Public Holidays: 14 per year (including 3 major
festivals)
Other Benefits:
First Solar will meet the
employer levels required by Indian law for the Provident Fund, Employees' State Insurance Act (ESI), and Employee Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme. These contributions will be capped at the
mandated limits. The current contribution by the employer into the ESI is 3.75% of the Base Salary. Apart from this Accommodation, Food
& Transportation is Provided on a
Subsidized rate of 2500 Per month.
In addition, The company will provide for Group Insurance – Group medical
(For employee and immediate dependents), Group
Accidental and Group Term Life.
